Most homeowner demand is steady. A small fraction is bursty — and that fraction is where the unit economics live. A roofing contractor who books one storm-damage inspection makes more than a tune-up shop sees in a month.
The contractors who win the surge today either spend $5–20k a month on ads chasing every keyword, or pay storm-chasers and door-knockers a cut. Both are bad businesses. We're building the third option: capture the homeowner at the moment it happens, qualify them properly, and deliver a confirmed appointment to one local contractor in the territory.
Surgepoint is built vertical-agnostic. Roofing is the first vertical. HVAC, pool service, hurricane restoration, and freeze plumbing follow on the same operational chassis.
