A geographic exclusivity zone, usually 3–10 ZIP codes covering a market segment. We map clusters by storm activity and roofer service-area patterns. When you claim a cluster, no other Surgepoint roofer gets leads in that territory while you're active.
How fast does the engine turn on?
Within 7 days of contract sign. Day 1: ad accounts wired. Day 3: AI receptionist routing to your calendar. Day 5: SMS sequences live. Day 7+: ads delivering, leads flowing.
What if I already have a CRM?
Great — we don't replace your CRM. We feed it. Surgepoint pushes leads into JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Roofr, ServiceTitan, or whatever you use via the standard integrations. You manage the install pipeline; we manage everything before that.
Do I have to handle insurance claims?
However you already handle them. Surgepoint never signs an AOB or touches the homeowner's insurance — that's between them, the carrier, and you. Some of our roofers are full-service (handle the claim end-to-end with the homeowner's permission); some are repair-only. Either model works.
What happens if I cancel?
